The licensee, owner and director is Cristina Flores, Ph.D., R.N. Cristina is an experienced registered nurse specializing in elder care. Her comprehensive acute care and home health background help to make these care homes unique and ideal. She is knowledgeable regarding the special needs of elderly persons. She has a sincere interest in providing care with dignity. Cristina has received her Master's Degree in Gerontology and a Ph.D. in Nursing Health Policy. She is an advocate for the quality of care and quality of life of older persons. She works with each resident individually to insure the best plan of care possible. Cristina is also the Associate Coordinator of the Long Term Care Administration Program at San Francisco State University. Nancy Medina - Administrator Nancy Medina has extensive experience working with the elderly in small care homes. She has over 10 years of experience working as a caregiver and manager. She is certified by the State to administrate the facilities in compliance with the regulations.
