Our Mission
At Pacaldo LLC, our mission is to provide excellence in care to the elderly through knowledge, dedication, and innovation.
We offer an alternative to institutionalization by combining clean, comfortable residential housing with personal care and assistance. Our expertise and devotion make a difference to the people and community we serve.
All of our six-bed residential care homes are licensed and evaluated by the State of California.
Method
We recognize and value each resident as a unique, whole individual.
We take every opportunity to interact with our residents. Receiving care can be difficult, so our staff are specially trained to engage in meaningful during all aspects of care.
While we have a nutritious menu, our small size allows catering to the food preferences of our residents. We are always willing to accommodate individual preferences.
Daily activities include a variety of positive and stimulating engagements with each and every resident, regardless of what stage of life they are in. We are also known to throw a great party.
Our Community
Cristina’s Care Homes by Pacaldo LLC activities and programing has been designed to allow each person to live enriching lives. We take every opportunity to celebrate life, including birthday parties and holiday feasts! Daily activities include a variety of positive and stimulating engagements with each and every resident, regardless of what stage of life they are in.
Environment
We offer spacious private and shared rooms in real homes designed to accommodate canes, wheelchairs and walkers. Our bathroom facilities are equipped with assistive devices for safety and convenience. Our competent and caring staff are available 24 hours a day. All exits have an alarm system in place. We have gorgeous outdoor areas where residents can enjoy fresh air and sunshine in a lovely setting. Each resident and their loved ones are encouraged to decorate spaces with the things they love. She now owns care homes and an assisted living facility where she could apply all the knowledge she learned from the in and out patient setting to help the hospitals meet their goals and provide the best patient outcomes.
